Odaily Planet Daily report: In response to the clarification announcement issued by Tongyu Communications, a representative from Jiaxian Communications stated that in March 2026, NVIDIA’s AI-RAN technology team visited Jiaxian Communications, and both parties exchanged insights on AI-RAN technology pathways. During the discussions, NVIDIA recommended that Jiaxian Communications utilize the CUDAAerial open-source platform for developing AI-RAN base station systems. Subsequently, Jiaxian Communications initiated pre-research and validation of AI-native 5G and 6G base station technologies based on the CUDAAerial ecosystem, and these efforts have been actively progressing for nearly six months.
The aforementioned individuals stated that both parties have established a permanent technical working group to maintain communication on related technology development and validation. More than ten technicians from Nvidias side, based in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, are participating in this working group. (Jiemian)
