Itaú Unibanco may suggest a 3% Bitcoin allocation for investors, as Brazil’s crypto market grows. The bank is building out custody and ETF services, led by ex-Hashdex executive João Marco Braga da Cunha. Brazil allows up to 10% of portfolios in crypto, and Itaú is in line with that. The bank also holds a major Bitcoin reserve, showing institutional support. A spot bitcoin ETF could further boost adoption.
