AI cloud provider Nscale has signed a 10-year lease agreement for Ionic Digital’s Texas facility, potentially generating up to $2 billion in revenue over the contract period. Ionic Digital’s full-year 2026 revenue guidance is $190 million to $195 million. The company currently has no debt and holds $415.7 million in cash. It is publicly listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol IOND.
