According to PANews, on December 1, 2025, the Cosmos ecosystem foundation Interchain Foundation (ICF) announced that it will transfer ATOM tokens from its main multisignature wallet to a CL wallet. The transfer is intended to meet the operational needs of CL, a subsidiary of ICF.
