India collected 10.96 billion rupees in crypto TDS during the 2023–2025 fiscal years, with Maharashtra contributing 60% of the total. Over 10 billion rupees in undisclosed crypto income was also uncovered, reflecting heightened regulatory focus. Despite 2022 tax rules, crypto activity remains strong.
