Bitcoin news broke Friday as two Hyundai Group buildings in Seoul were evacuated after a bomb threat and a ransom demand of 13 Bitcoin, valued at around $1.1 million. No explosives were found. This follows similar threats against Samsung and a telecom firm. Bitcoin analysis shows a rise in ransom demands tied to violent crimes, with over 65 cases recorded globally.
