ChainThink reports that on August 27, according to an official announcement, Nasdaq-listed HYPE treasury company Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (ticker: PURR) released its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30.
The company raised $647 million through equity financing, increasing the HYPE token reserve from an initial 12.5 million to 29.3 million tokens.
Total assets at the end of the period amounted to $2.06 billion, including $149.9 million in cash and cash equivalents, $1.9041 billion in HYPE tokens, $1.8729 billion in shareholders' equity, and zero liabilities.
The net profit for the fiscal year was $305.5 million, primarily driven by $709.9 million in unrealized gains from the HYPE token, offset by a one-time loss of $169.2 million from token asset disposals at the time of business combination.
