Hyperliquid’s HYPE token is once again getting strong attention amid the ongoing accumulation phase in the market. With whale staking of HYPE on the rise, market experts believe that Hyperliquid price can rally 3x to $150 from here onwards. Moreover, with the Hyperliquid DEX becoming a preferred destination for trading tokenized stocks, it is now directly competing with the likes of Robinhood.
Hyperliquid Price Can Benefit From Institutional Accumulation
Popular crypto analyst Crypto Patel stated that Hyperliquid is exhibiting a market structure similar to the institutional accumulation phase just before its previous all-time highs. He said that the recent pullback in HYPE token is more like a liquidity reset instead of a bearish reversal.
For the Hyperliquid price, Patel identified a high-probability confluence zone between $47 and $54. He cited a weekly fair value gap (FVG), a bullish order block between $38 and $43, and an overlap with the 0.382–0.5 Fibonacci retracement levels. Patel added that HYPE continues to maintain a higher high and higher low structure on the weekly timeframe.

As of now, the Hyperliquid price is trading at $59. As per the above chart, Patel shows the possibility of further retracement under $50. However, in the long-term, the analyst expects the HYPE token to rally all the way to $150.
According to the analyst, a successful defense of the confluence zone could increase the likelihood of HYPE reclaiming its previous all-time high. Patel said the bullish outlook would be invalidated by a weekly close below the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level, around $34.
Investors Take Hyperliquid Long Positions While Whales Increase Staking

Hyperliquid Takes on Robinhood in Tokenized Securities Race
Both traditional finance and crypto market players are now competing on a very common platform of trading tokenized securities. As per finance analyst Parker, the Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG) trading volumes on Hyperliquid have shot up significantly.
Furthermore, Fidelity CIO Matt Hougan explained how Hyperliquid is getting massive traction and competing with TradFi players like Robinhood. Hougan said that the previous crypto market bull cycles came with catalyst like ICOs in 2017, DeFi, NFTs, and memecoins in 2020-21, and spot Bitcoin ETFs later in 2024-25.
He believes that the next phase of growth could be fueled by financial infrastructure moving on-chain, supported by stablecoins, tokenization, 24/7 markets, instant settlement, and institutional decentralized finance (DeFi).
The Bitwise executive also stated that nearly 50% of Hyperliquid’s trading volume also comes from traditional assets. This trading of the traditional tokenized securities helps the protocol generate an annualized revenue of $800 million. Interestingly, a massive 99% of it goes towards the buyback of HYPE token.
On the other hand players like Robinhood are also eyeing a pie of the tokenized securities market. Robinhood has recorded more than $300 million in deposits over the past two weeks, processes 3.6 million daily transactions, and offers tokenized stocks across 120 countries.
