ME News reports that, as of July 31 (UTC+8), according to MLM monitoring, since the HYPE team tokens began unlocking in December 2025, 4.93 million HYPE tokens have been allocated to team members, valued at approximately $270 million at current prices, representing 0.493% of the total supply. Of this, 1.19 million HYPE tokens have been sold on public markets, generating $32.5 million in proceeds; an additional 3.14 million HYPE tokens have been transferred to over-the-counter (OTC) platforms, valued at approximately $132 million at the time of transfer. In total, approximately 4.33 million HYPE tokens have been sold, amounting to about $165 million, with an average monthly sale of roughly 540,000 HYPE tokens, valued at around $20.6 million.
