As per HashNews, Huionepay has suspended small withdrawals and delayed redemptions in stages since December 1 due to external changes and concentrated user withdrawals. On-chain audits show that Ethereum-related addresses had largely depleted their USDT by October, with the last valid transfer on November 3. Tron addresses, after multiple consolidations in November, were exhausted by November 28, after which a new address was used to consolidate user funds but no longer transfers to regular users. As of December 2, Huionepay's chain holds only about 990,000 USDT.
