This entity may have promoted the FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens to investors through events held in Hong Kong, and may have claimed that investing in these tokens could yield high returns. The FNXAI and 1FNXAI tokens were added to the SFC’s warning list of suspicious investment products on September 30, 2026. The SFC stated that the entity has not been licensed or registered by the SFC under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry out any regulated activities in Hong Kong and is prohibited from conducting any regulated activities in Hong Kong.
