In accordance with Jinse, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) announced on December 9, 2025, that it has added '9M AI Group Inc./9M AI' to its warning list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms. The SFC stated that the platform claims to operate a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong but has not obtained a license from the SFC. The entity is suspected of conducting unlicensed activities in Hong Kong and targeting Hong Kong investors for promotion.
