According to Huoxing Finance, on August 27, HashKey Holdings Limited announced its unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (the “reporting period”). During the reporting period, the group achieved total revenue of HK$343 million, a 20.6% year-over-year increase; gross profit reached HK$208 million, up 12.5% year-over-year; and the gross margin rose to 60.6% compared to the second half of 2025. Revenue from transaction facilitation services, the group’s core growth driver, amounted to HK$268 million, a significant 38.6% year-over-year increase. Total platform trading volume increased to HK$282.2 billion, up 31.8% year-over-year. Institutional client trading volume continued to grow sharply, rising 58.8% year-over-year to HK$231.5 billion, accounting for 82.0% of total trading volume—reflecting strong institutional confidence in compliant platforms. Beyond trading, the group also made阶段性 progress in its on-chain services and asset management businesses. During the period, it successfully launched Hong Kong’s first real estate RWA and Hong Kong’s first regulated silver RWA token, further solidifying HashKey’s industry leadership in on-chain financial innovation. The total value of on-chain RWAs reached HK$2.68 billion, a 167.8% year-over-year increase. Additionally, the company achieved significant growth in asset management and investment activities. The group’s assets under management (AUM) reached HK$5.94 billion, with revenue of HK$388.4 million. In the first half of this year, HashKey strategically invested in Vietnam’s Sheng Xingwang cryptocurrency exchange (CAEX), and HashKey Capital Investment’s fund led SignalPlus’s B+ round with a $40 million investment.
