Hong Kong, July 31, 2026 — HashKey Exchange, Hong Kong’s largest¹ licensed virtual asset exchange, announces the official launch of its first private credit tokenized product, ACRED (Securitize Tokenized Apollo Diversified Credit Fund), on its wealth management channel. The product is tokenized via Securitize and is available exclusively to qualified professional investors. Investors may subscribe using USDC, with subscription requests submitted daily; redemptions are processed through the issuer’s quarterly repurchase program.
ACRED employs a tokenized feeder fund structure, and as a feeder fund, it allocates the vast majority of its investable assets to the underlying Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, managed by Apollo Global Management, which invests in credit assets including direct corporate loans, asset-backed loans, performing credit, and special opportunities credit.
Currently, the HashKey Wealth channel has launched products such as tokenized money market funds, tokenized gold-themed funds, and tokenized ETFs (some products are available only to professional investors). The introduction of ACRED marks the first time alternative credit assets have been added to the Wealth channel, further expanding the product offerings on HashKey Exchange and strengthening the platform’s capabilities in tokenized asset distribution and institutional-grade on-chain asset services.
² Subscription applications can be submitted daily; orders will be processed according to the issuer’s trading calendar, settlement arrangements, and operational procedures. Execution and settlement are not instantaneous and may be subject to adjustments based on actual operational schedules. Redemptions are not available daily but are facilitated through the issuer’s quarterly buyback program, with a quarterly buyback cap of 5% at the fund level. If quarterly buyback requests exceed the available quota, they will be processed on a pro-rata basis. ACRED purchased via the HashKey Exchange wealth management channel cannot currently be transferred within the platform or withdrawn to an external wallet.
