HAI Group has launched CORE.3, the first open, data-driven loss probability (PoL) framework in the crypto space. The tool converts on-chain activity into standardized risk metrics to evaluate security and operational risks for Web3 projects. what is CORE.3? It uses over 100 data points across security, compliance, and operations, with a three-tier structure to prioritize risk factors. A separate “proof of opinion” layer captures subjective inputs but does not affect the PoL score. Projects can access their profiles via app.CORE3.io. The platform has evaluated 50 projects and aims to expand to 1,000 in three months. HAI Group says the framework is not a rating agency and does not provide investment advice.
