This transaction is reportedly the largest merger and acquisition in the European public Bitcoin equity space and the first-ever “Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin” M&A transaction on a public market. The entire transaction was settled using H100 shares, implying a share price of 1.86 Swedish krona (1x mNAV), with no cash consideration. The fully diluted satoshis per share increased by approximately 5%, rising from 288 to 303 satoshis, and the acquired party held no financial debt.
