Grvt has partnered with Mirae Asset Securities to explore tokenized debt instruments, including U.S. Treasury bonds, corporate bonds, and ETFs. The initiative aligns with ongoing discussions on crypto asset classification and the securities versus commodities debate. Grvt will integrate this exposure into its Grvt Earn product, available exclusively to qualified users in approved jurisdictions. Mirae Asset Securities, part of a $1 trillion asset group, is expanding its digital assets business in Hong Kong. No product launch has been confirmed yet.

BlockBeats news, on October 28, according to official announcements, Grvt has subscribed to tokenized financing notes arranged by Mirae Asset Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, and both parties will use this as a starting point to explore applications of tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds, corporate bonds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

Grvt plans to allocate the relevant exposure to Grvt Earn, subject to compliance with applicable requirements. This product is independently offered and operated by Grvt and is available only to eligible users within approved jurisdictions; returns are variable and not guaranteed. Both parties have indicated that they will further explore the integration of traditional financial products with on-chain financial infrastructure, but no such products have been committed for launch, and future developments remain subject to regulatory requirements, compliance reviews, and internal approvals.

It is reported that Mirae Asset Securities is part of South Korea’s Mirae Asset Financial Group, which had over $1 trillion in global client assets under management as of September 2026. In recent years, Mirae Asset Securities (Hong Kong) Limited has consistently expanded its digital asset business, becoming the first South Korean securities firm to issue digital bonds in Hong Kong in January 2026, and receiving approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in April of the same year to provide digital asset trading services to retail investors.
