Odaily Planet Daily reports that Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg said Bitcoin rose approximately 20% last week, posting its strongest three-day gain since 2023, indicating that the months-long "crypto winter" is fading. However, the market remains overly focused on short-term price rebounds or sell-offs, whereas the long-term trend of digital assets entering mainstream finance deserves greater attention.
Mintzberg noted that in 2025, daily fund flows for Bitcoin ETPs frequently exceeded $500 million, approximately 12 times the daily value of newly mined Bitcoin. Although U.S. spot Bitcoin ETPs experienced eight consecutive weeks of net outflows earlier this year, they have now resumed three consecutive weeks of net inflows as of late July.
Additionally, a PwC survey of over 350 institutional investors found that 73% of respondents plan to increase their allocation to digital assets. (Fortune)
