ChainThink reports that, according to CoinPost on August 24, Goldman Sachs' 13F filing with the U.S. SEC reveals that, as of June 30, it held a total of five spot XRP ETFs with a combined value of approximately $86.5 million.
Goldman Sachs was previously the largest institutional holder of the XRP spot ETF, with a position of $153.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, but fully liquidated it in the first quarter of 2026; this marks a re-entry into the position.
Specific holdings include: 2.238 million shares of the Franklin Templeton XRP Trust (XRPZ), approximately $25.41 million; and 2.209 million shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF, approximately $25.76 million;
Canary Capital XRP ETF: 1.759 million shares, approximately $19.49 million; 21Shares XRP ETF: 806,000 shares, approximately $8.21 million;
Grayscale XRP ETF: 378,000 shares, approximately $7.65 million.
Additionally, the 13F filing shows that Goldman Sachs holds 366,000 shares of the SPAC company Armada Acquisition Corp II, valued at approximately $3.81 million.
The SPAC has entered into a business combination agreement with Evernorth, an XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, and will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "XRPN" following the merger.
