Bloomberg Intelligence’s aggregation of Q2 13F filings shows that Wall Street institutions continue to increase their allocations to spot XRP ETFs. Goldman Sachs raised its position to $87.4 million this quarter, becoming the largest disclosed institutional holder. Meanwhile, cumulative net inflows into the product have approached $1.8 billion, indicating sustained capital inflows despite price volatility.
Goldman Sachs led in the increase of holdings.
According to data compiled by Bloomberg Intelligence, Goldman Sachs increased its XRP ETF exposure by $83.1 million this quarter, a rise significantly higher than that of other institutions.
- Jane Street Group, holding $16.6 million
- Millennium Management, holding $16.2 million
- Intesa Sanpaolo holds $14.4 million
Marex UK Holdings, with a position of $8.1 million, also made the top five. The report noted that most institutions on the list increased their holdings in XRP-related ETFs this quarter. However, some institutions chose to reduce their positions, including Citadel Advisors, Gallacher Capital Management, SIG Holding, and Flow Traders US.
Cumulative net inflow approaches $1.8 billion
Attention is shifting from individual institutional holdings to overall fund flows, as XRP ETFs are drawing capital at an accelerated pace. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart noted that the fund flows for such products have been “surprisingly strong.”
Public data shows that shortly after the XRP ETF launched in November 2025, cumulative net inflows reached approximately $1.5 billion; by mid-January 2026, this figure rose to $1.45 billion, and continued to grow through the spring, surpassing $1.79 billion by late August.
Funds continue to flow in during the price pullback.
The report cited market views noting that the increased inflows have not been entirely dependent on sustained strength in XRP’s price. ETF inflows have continued to rise even during periods when the token’s performance has been under pressure.
The text also notes that if XRP holds above $1.36, the market may still retest the $1.43 level; if it breaks below this level, the recent low may be tested again.
RLUSD market cap surpasses $2 billion
In addition to ETF funds, Ripple’s stablecoin RLUSD also reached a new scale this month. According to the latest independent attestation data for July, RLUSD’s market capitalization has surpassed $2 billion, with over $1 billion directly issued on the XRP Ledger.
