Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) did not purchase any Bitcoin last week, marking two consecutive weeks without purchases. Japanese publicly traded company Metaplanet also did not buy any Bitcoin last week, extending its streak to nine consecutive weeks without purchases. Additionally, three other companies announced Bitcoin purchases or updates to their Bitcoin holdings last week. KULR, a provider of aerospace-grade defense battery thermal management and safety solutions, announced on September 11 that it sold approximately 764 Bitcoin at an average price of $76,633 between August 20, 2026, and September 11, 2026, generating approximately $58.5 million in revenue—completing the sale of its entire Bitcoin holdings. French Bitcoin company Capital B announced on September 14 that it purchased four Bitcoin at $77,219 each, bringing its total holdings to 3,525 Bitcoin. Asset management firm Strive announced on September 14 that it spent approximately $36.56 million last week to purchase 469 Bitcoin at $77,954 each, increasing its total holdings to approximately 25,000 Bitcoin. As of publication, the total Bitcoin held by all globally tracked public companies (excluding mining companies) amounts to 1,125,978 BTC, representing a 0.54% increase from last week.
