Gemini has joined over 125 companies and organizations in a letter urging U.S. Congress to preserve the original wording of the GENIUS Act. The letter emphasizes that legal stablecoin rewards support liquidity and crypto markets, and that changes could hurt innovation. Tyler Winklevoss noted that current law allows platforms like Gemini, Coinbase, and Kraken to offer such rewards, but Countering the Financing of Terrorism provisions could be misused to block them.
