Franklin Templeton’s XRP ETF (XRPZ) has moved ahead of Canary Capital’s XRPC to become the second-largest XRP ETF by cumulative inflows.
The recent development came after XRPZ recorded $6.5 million in inflows on Sept. 23, being one of only two XRP ETFs to record inflows that day, as the broader XRP ETF market attracted a combined $18.04 million.
Franklin’s XRPZ Overtakes Canary’s XRPC
The latest inflow pushed XRPZ’s cumulative inflows since launch to $491.7 million, leaving the fund just $8.3 million short of the $500 million mark.

For context, Bitwise’s XRP ETF (XRP) became the first spot XRP ETF to reach $500 million in cumulative inflows in July and remains the only XRP fund to have crossed this level so far. Franklin’s fund is now approaching the same milestone.
While Franklin Templeton’s XRPZ saw $6.5 million worth of inflows on Sept. 23, Canary’s fund saw zero inflows, a development that allowed XRPZ to overtake it. Currently, Franklin Templeton’s $491.7 million cumulative flows surpass the $489.37 million recorded by XRPC.
Being the first pure spot XRP product to launch in the U.S., Canary’s XRPCheld the top spot among spot XRP ETFs by cumulative inflows for months before Bitwise took the lead earlier in 2026. Franklin has now moved ahead of Canary to claim second place.
Bitwise Continues to Lead XRP ETF Market
Although Franklin’s ETF has recorded several days with zero inflows, it has managed to avoid an intraday outflow since March 2026. Its largest single-day inflow of the year came on May 11, when investors added $13.62 million to the fund.
Bitwise, meanwhile, continues to lead the XRP ETF market in both cumulative inflows and total net assets. Its XRP ETF recorded another $11.54 million in inflows on Sept. 23, taking its cumulative inflows to $649 million.
Bitwise and Franklin were the only two XRP ETFs to record inflows that day, with their combined $18.04 million accounting for the entire market inflow.
At $649 million, Bitwise now has nearly $158 million more in cumulative inflows than Franklin’s $491.7 million. It also leads Canary’s XRPC by about $160 million, with Canary holding $489.37 million.
XRP ETF Inflows Reach a New High
The $18.04 million that entered XRP ETFs on Sept. 23 pushed total cumulative net inflows across the market to $1.75 billion, setting a new all-time high. Total net assets have also increased to $1.65 billion.
At this level, XRP ETFs now account for 1.77% of XRP’s market capitalization. The latest figures show that the overall ETF market continues to attract capital, even though individual funds have recorded different flow patterns.

September has so far brought $79.91 million in XRP ETF inflows. This puts the month on track to become the third-best month of 2026 for XRP ETF inflows. August currently leads with $159.18 million, while May ranks second with $131.94 million.
