Network fees rose 14% to $792,900, with 99.5% attributed to penalties as operators adapted to the v27 upgrade. Real-world datasets grew to 2,491, with 925 exceeding 1,000 TiB, and partnerships with institutions like the Digital Public Library of America expanded.
