Faraday Future's official Weibo account announced this morning (the 27th) that FFR has completed the merger transaction with FFAI, with all related businesses and assets transferred to FFR, and the corresponding common shares and non-voting convertible preferred shares have been issued and delivered to FFAI as planned, marking FFR's listing on Nasdaq.
According to the announcement, FFR has appointed Jia Yueting as CEO and Jerry Wang as Executive Chairman. FFR has now completed Phase One of the "Built in USA" acceleration program, bringing together FF Robot World 2.0, and is accelerating the conversion of its first-mover advantage into a competitive edge, leveraging its "Four-Core Intelligent" ecosystem, EAI technology advantages, and the "One Brain, Multiple Forms; Multiple Forms, Multiple Functions" technical roadmap to build a leading U.S.-based Physical AI and robotics ecosystem platform.

Additionally, FFR has issued its first full-year guidance for 2026: for the robot business, on a standalone full-year basis for 2026, the company expects robot unit sales and shipments to reach approximately 2,000 units while maintaining positive gross margins.
Subject to securing necessary funding, FFR projects revenue of approximately $45.2 million in 2027 based on a five-year outlook (IT Home note: approximately RMB 302 million at current exchange rates), including approximately $32.5 million in core revenue from EAI (approximately RMB 217 million at current exchange rates) and approximately $12.7 million in revenue from the other three ecosystem cores (approximately RMB 84.884 million at current exchange rates), with EAI unit sales of approximately 7,400 units.
Over the next five years, the target cumulative revenue is approximately $1.98 billion (at current exchange rates, approximately RMB 13.234 billion), including $1.08 billion in core revenue from the entity (approximately RMB 7.218 billion at current exchange rates) and approximately $900 million in revenue from the other three core ecosystems (approximately RMB 6.015 billion at current exchange rates), with cumulative sales of approximately 133,000 entity units. It should be noted that the above projections involve uncertainties and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
Previously, Jia Yueting confidently stated that FFR would become the first pure-play on the U.S. stock market in the humanoid and biomimetic EAI robot ecosystem, aiming to remain among the top three in overall EAI robot industry rankings within five years and establish the company as one of the most valuable EAI companies in the Physical AI era.
