KuCoin Flash reports that, as of publication, Falcon Finance (FF) was trading at $0.10448, up 26% over the previous 24 hours. The token traded within a range of $0.08179 to $0.1041, while its 24-hour trading volume on KuCoin reached approximately $247,500, indicating a simultaneous recovery in price and trading activity.
CoinMarketCap’s market analysis published on September 2 attributed the rally primarily to a sharp increase in retail and speculative trading activity. FF’s aggregate 24-hour trading volume across the market increased by approximately 692.07% to more than $63 million, indicating a substantial rise in short-term capital participation. However, the platform also noted that no clear coin-specific catalyst had been identified as a standalone explanation for the rally.
From a fundamental perspective, Falcon Finance published its monthly update on August 31, highlighting progress on a regulated real-world asset tokenization pipeline in El Salvador. Its first product is a tokenized GPU forward that remains in the structuring stage, with NEAR AI serving as the anchor buyer of the computing capacity and vGPU supplying, installing and servicing the equipment.
The report also showed that, as of August 31, USDf supply had reached approximately $1.18 billion, supported by total reserves of around $1.67 billion and a backing ratio of 141.6%. The supply of sUSDf stood at approximately $59 million, with the token delivering a 4.51% annual percentage yield and being supported by a $10 million insurance fund.
These figures may have strengthened market expectations regarding Falcon Finance’s growth in RWA tokenization, GPU financing and synthetic-dollar infrastructure. However, the report primarily summarized developments from August, while the regulated tokenization pipeline was originally announced on August 18. Therefore, the August 31 update cannot yet be confirmed as the sole or direct catalyst for the latest rally. The move is more appropriately classified as a combination of improving sentiment around project developments and speculative volume expansion.
From a technical perspective, $0.1041 represents the immediate resistance level. If FF holds above $0.10 and breaks through $0.1041 with sustained volume, the rebound could extend further. A move back below $0.10 would shift attention to the breakout-confirmation area near $0.095. CoinMarketCap’s analysis identified $0.085 as a more important lower support level, followed by KuCoin’s 24-hour low of $0.08179.
