Derived from 币界网, Exodus Movement, Inc. (EXOD) has agreed to acquire W3C Corp, the parent company of payment firms Monavate and Baanx, for $175 million. The deal, pending regulatory approval, aims to integrate Exodus' self-custody wallet with W3C's end-to-end payment infrastructure. D.A. Davidson & Co., which advised on the transaction, also arranged a $60 million term loan to support the acquisition.
