The token, built on LayerZero's omnichain fungible token standard, enables Tether-backed stablecoin usage on blockchains not natively supported by USDT. It has processed over 415,000 transactions on networks including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Sei, Bitcoin layer networks, and Solana. Everdawn Labs describes USDT0 as a 'currency mesh infrastructure' supporting payments, remittances, and institutional settlements within its broader omnichain strategy.
