South Korea’s economic and industrial news outlet Etoday and blockchain and digital assets specialist media Nexblock announced on September 2 that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global Web3 data platform RootData for collaboration on blockchain and digital assets data and content.

Both parties will explore the feasibility of integrating RootData’s Web3 data with the content and data services of Etoday and Nexblock.

RootData is a global data platform providing blockchain industry-related data such as Web3 projects, investment firms, funding rounds, token unlocks, and project popularity. Through this collaboration, Etoday will leverage RootData’s data to strengthen the data foundation of its blockchain and digital asset reporting, while Nexblock will progressively explore synergies between Web3 professional content and data services, including project information, investment trends, token unlocks, and market trends.

Both parties will first conduct data linkage tests based on RootData’s Web3 data to identify data offerings and service formats valuable to Korean readers and users. The scope of collaboration will be gradually expanded based on test results and market feedback.
