ElevenLabs and Stability AI Launch New AI Music Models

Odaily Planet Daily report: Polish-founded voice AI company ElevenLabs has launched Music v2, a model capable of switching genres within the same audio track, generating songs structured by sections such as intro, verse, and chorus, and supporting localized regeneration of specified segments. Music v2 is now available on ElevenMusic and ElevenCreative, with early access to ElevenAPI currently provided through the sales team. Stability AI has released Stable Audio 3.0, comprising four models: Small SFX, Small, Medium, and Large. Three variants are open-weighted on Hugging Face. The series is trained on licensed data; the Medium model supports generating audio tracks up to 6 minutes and 20 seconds long, while the Large model is available exclusively via the Stability AI API. ElevenLabs has secured licensing agreements with Believe, Kobalt, and Merlin. Stability AI has established partnerships with Warner Music Group and Universal Music Group. Suno reached a valuation of $2.45 billion in November 2025, with annual recurring revenue exceeding $300 million, approximately 100 million users, and generating around 7 million songs daily.
