Odaily Planet Daily reports: Dinari, a tokenized securities company headquartered in California, USA, has announced a partnership with stablecoin issuer Circle to provide blockchain-based tokenized stock trading services for U.S. investors, with plans to bring all S&P 500 index components on-chain.
Dinari states that its platform represents underlying stocks through dShares, with each token corresponding to real securities held in custody by regulated institutions. Investors can buy and sell stocks using USDC via self-custody wallets, with support for instant settlement and cross-platform asset transfers. This model aims to connect the $300 billion stablecoin market with the over $60 trillion U.S. stock market. Currently, the Dinari platform is live in 85 jurisdictions and supports over 6,000 tokenized assets. (Fortune)
