BlockBeats news, on July 24, according to official announcements, the DEX aggregator ODOS has decided to cease operations following an evaluation. Its application will enter read-only mode on July 27, 2026, and permanently shut down all services on July 30. The official statement noted that users can still perform swaps and close their positions as usual; however, since July 23, the platform has discontinued new user registrations, new wallet creation, and limit order functionality. ODOS emphasized that it operates in a non-custodial manner—users retain full control of their assets, which are stored on-chain, and the platform never holds user funds.
For users who created wallets by logging in via social media accounts or email, ODOS reminds them to complete asset transfer or export their private keys before July 30. After the service shutdown, users will still be able to view their transaction history and account balances, but the team will no longer provide product development, technical support, or maintenance services. The official team states that users need not worry about asset security but recommends migrating to alternative services as soon as possible.
In addition, ODOS stated that the ODOS token continues to exist independently on the blockchain; the company does not hold, operate, or provide market-making services for the token, and the platform shutdown will not alter its on-chain functionality. The ODOS DAO is independent from the operating company, and future plans will be announced separately by the DAO. The official also warned that no new products, token migrations, claim events, or airdrops will be launched in the future. Any attempts to induce users to take action via direct messages, fake customer service, or “migration websites” may be fraudulent—users must never disclose their seed phrases or sign suspicious transactions.
