The total outstanding loans across major DeFi lending protocols rose from $20.1 billion in June to $26.1 billion in August, marking nearly a 30% increase over the summer. Aave remains dominant with $12.5 billion in outstanding loans, accounting for approximately 48% of the market share, followed by Morpho ($5.1 billion) and Spark ($2.1 billion).
