Odaily Planet Daily reports that the team behind the decentralized trade aggregator Odos has announced that the company operating the platform is gradually winding down operations, with all services set to cease on July 30, 2026. The Odos application will enter read-only mode on July 27, allowing users to view their balances and transaction history but preventing new trades. Odos stated that the platform has never directly held user funds; assets connected via external wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, or hardware wallets remain under the control of the user’s private keys. Users who created wallets within Odos using Google, Apple, or email logins must export their private keys or transfer their assets to a self-custody wallet before July 30. Odos was spun out from Semiotic Labs, a contributor to The Graph, in 2022, and has routed over $104 billion in trading volume across approximately 15 blockchain networks. Its monthly trading volume peaked at around $7.85 billion in December 2024 and declined to tens of millions of dollars by mid-2026. The ODOS token will continue to operate independently of this shutdown. The Odos DAO, which is separate from the operating company, stated it will announce its plans at a later date. The Odos team emphasized that no new products, token migrations, token claims, or airdrops will be launched, and warned users to remain vigilant against related scams.
