BlockBeats report: On February 13, according to official announcements, Decibel, a fully on-chain trading engine developed in collaboration with Aptos Labs and built on Aptos’ high-performance底层, has partnered with Bridge, a stablecoin infrastructure provider under Stripe, to launch the protocol-native USD stablecoin USDCBL. This stablecoin will serve as Decibel’s default collateral asset, streamlining and unifying the collateralized trading process, enhancing DeFi infrastructure on Aptos, and strengthening Aptos’ core competitiveness in high-performance, institutional-grade on-chain trading scenarios.
Among these, USDCBL will be issued through Bridge’s Open Issuance platform, fully backed by U.S. dollar reserves. Once the Decibel mainnet launches, users will be able to convert their USDC into USDCBL with a single click.
The Decibel pre-deposit feature is now officially live. According to official disclosures, over $42 million in funds have been deposited within the first 12 hours. The initial phase supports on-chain perpetual contract trading, with spot trading and real-world asset (RWA) trading sections to be rolled out in subsequent phases.
