Despite the reduced losses, around 26 major attacks still occurred in December. The largest single incident involved a $50 million misdirected transfer to a malicious address, while another $27.3 million was lost due to a multi-signature wallet's private key leak. Other major attacks included a $22 million loss from babursol, an $8.5 million theft from the Trust Wallet browser extension, and losses of approximately $3.9 million each from Unleash Protocol and Flow.
