DayOne files its proposed registration statement for an initial public offering.
Singapore, October 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DayOne Data Centers Limited (“DayOne”), a Singapore-based global digital infrastructure platform, today announced that it has filed a Form F-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Each ADS represents ordinary shares of the company. DayOne has applied to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “DODC”.
Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America Securities, and Citigroup will serve as underwriters for this IPO. The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.
