Binance news: CZ addressed the recent destruction of CZ and TCC tokens on X, describing it as a routine wallet cleanup due to an overload of tokens. He noted the software was unfriendly and suggested burning tokens to a black hole instead. Following the Binance news, both tokens experienced price gains. Meme coin news shows continued volatility as community-driven projects respond to statements from key figures.

BlockBeats news: On July 13, CZ responded on X to the destruction of a portion of CZ and TCC tokens from the donation address last night: "It's not that complicated—I hadn't checked that wallet in a long time, and when I opened it, I saw there were too many tokens (over ten thousand), and the software displayed them poorly. I made a suggestion, then ran a test. Sending them to my address isn't as effective as sending them directly to a burn address."

Last night, CZ's donation address sent 700 million CZ and 400 million TCC to a black hole address; as a result, both CZ and TCC experienced varying degrees of price increases.
