Zhu Yiming pledged in the company’s May IPO prospectus to transfer 767.9 million shares for an employee incentive plan. Following a 466% surge in Changxin Technology’s stock price on its first day of trading, the value of these shares has reached $5.6 billion—equivalent to 40% of Zhu Yiming’s wealth being distributed as bonuses to employees.


Meanwhile, Zhu Yiming also pledged not to reduce his shares for 10 years. However, ChangXin’s bonus plan includes specific conditions, such as disbursement after three years, a ten-year payout period, and an unclear scope of beneficiaries. As of the end of 2025, the company had a total of 19,298 employees.
