This marks the largest single-candidate expenditure by the super PAC in the 2026 midterm elections to date. Two years ago, Fairshake invested approximately $40 million to help defeat Brown, leading to his loss of the Senate seat and its subsequent takeover by pro-crypto Republican Bernie Moreno. At the time, Brown served as chair of the Senate Banking Committee and was long regarded as a major obstacle to cryptocurrency legislation.
