Coinbase Resumes Polkadot (DOT) Transfers and Staking

Based on HashNews, Coinbase Markets announced that it has resumed sending, receiving, and staking for Polkadot (DOT). All related services have been fully restored. Previously, the platform temporarily halted DOT deposits, withdrawals, and staking from November 3 to November 5 to complete a network migration, advising users to avoid deposits during the upgrade window. All functions are now back to normal.
