Citing TechFlow, cloud computing startup Fluidstack is in talks to raise $700 million in a new funding round, which would value the company at $7 billion. The round is expected to be led by Situational Awareness, an investment firm founded by former OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner. Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, is also considering participation, while Goldman Sachs is serving as the financial advisor for the deal. The information has not been publicly disclosed, and sources requested anonymity.
