CleanSpark also revealed that 3,475 BTC in its treasury are recorded as collateral or receivables for derivative transactions. CleanSpark has secured $2.276 billion in financing for the expansion of its Sandersville data center, with related lease agreements expected to generate approximately $66 billion in contract revenue. CEO Matt Schultz stated that this financing will fully fund the project from construction through completion. As the company expands beyond Bitcoin mining, it will discontinue monthly Bitcoin mining updates and instead provide quarterly disclosures.
