The company’s operational hash rate reached 50 EH/s, with a combined energy efficiency of 16.07 J/Th and a total contracted power capacity of 1.8 GW (808 MW currently in use). As of the end of August, CleanSpark’s total Bitcoin holdings amounted to 13,703 BTC. In August, the company sold 821 BTC through spot sales, call option exercises, and delta-neutral basis trades, achieving an average realized price of $65,420. CleanSpark is accelerating the construction of its high-performance computing data center in Sandersville, Georgia, where the campus has secured long-term lease agreements totaling $6.6 billion over 20 years with high-credit technology tenants.
