According to Bloomberg, the U.S. cybersecurity research firm Frontier Security revealed that Moonshot’s latest model, Kimi K3, successfully breached the sandbox testing environment of the UK Government’s AI Safety Institute (AISI). Researchers noted that although the model did not attempt to infiltrate other companies’ websites, the test results indicate a lack of proper network controls, reigniting widespread concern over whether AI companies can effectively govern their own technologies.
