According to the issuance schedule, three new stocks will be available for subscription next week: Baimaoke, a new stock on the Beijing Stock Exchange, can be subscribed on August 31; Suanyuan Technology, a new stock on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market, can be subscribed on September 2; and Xinnuowei, another new stock on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market, can be subscribed on September 3. Among these, Suanyuan Technology, along with Moore Threads, Muxi Semiconductor, and Birui Technology, is collectively known as one of the "Four Little Dragons of Domestic GPU." Suanyuan Technology is currently the only one among them yet to go public; its listing will bring all four "Domestic GPU Four Little Dragons" together on the capital market. Previously, Moore Threads, Muxi Semiconductor, and Birui Technology achieved closing price increases of 425.46%, 692.95%, and 75.82%, respectively, on their first trading days. According to Suanyuan Technology’s prospectus, it plans to issue 43.035173 million shares, representing 10% of the total post-offering share capital, which will amount to approximately 430 million shares. This IPO aims to raise RMB 6 billion, primarily for the research and development and industrialization of its fifth- and sixth-generation AI chip series, as well as advanced AI hardware-software collaborative innovation projects, further strengthening China’s autonomous iteration of computing infrastructure.
