Capital B bought 37 BTC at €2.3 million on April 13, 2026, as BTC price dipped. The firm now holds 2,925 BTC, with 25 purchases since November 5, 2024. BTC dominance remains stable as the company reports a 1.25% BTC yield, 35.3 BTC gain, and €2.2 million in BTC € gain. Capital B follows a strategy similar to Michael Saylor’s, using equity conversions and capital raises to steadily accumulate Bitcoin.

Despite Bitcoin [BTC] falling by 50% from its all-time high to $71,087.56 at the time of publishing, the corporate Bitcoin treasury is increasing day by day.

As per BitoinTreasuries.NET data, Bitcoin held by public companies now holds 1.178 million BTC worth $83.08 billion, a surge of over 1.3% in the past 30 days.

As per the press release, the firm now holds a total of 2,925 BTC, all thanks to –

A ‘BTC Yield’ of 1.25%, a ‘BTC Gain’ of 35.3 BTC, and a ‘BTC € Gain’ of €2.2 million.

Taken together, this highlights that, just like Michael Syalor’s Strategy, Capital B is also accumulating Bitcoin no matter the price swings.

However, the 1.25% yield suggests that the firm is not taking the aggressive Bitcoin purchase route but a slow and steady accumulation strategy.

Who’s behind this plan?

Needless to say, the concept ‘BTC Yield’ was popularized by Strategy. The metric shows how much extra Bitcoin each share of the company represents.

Now, this raises a question: Are shareholders getting more Bitcoin per share or not? To confirm the same, the firm noted,

Completion of the conversion of 17,897,600 OCA B-01 held by Blockstream Capital Partners into 32,900,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Capital B added,

Completion of the conversion of the 2,020,372 OCA B-01 held by UTXO Management into 3,713,919 ordinary shares of the Company.

All in all, this suggests that Capital B is raising money via equity dilution. And they are doing this by converting financial instruments into shares. Then, in turn, using that capital, they are accumulating Bitcoin.

What’s more?

This comes as in 2026 alone, Capital B made a total of six purchases, adding up to 102 BTC.

Yet, despite such moves, the stock price of Capital B was trading at €0.63 after a drop of 1.26% in the last trading session. However, this drop is much less than the drop of over 28% in the past 6 months.

Final Summary

  • Capital B’s Bitcoin stash reached 2,925 BTC after making 25 purchases since the 5th of November 2024.
  • The firm also takes the follow-up to Michael Saylor’s popularized ‘BTC Yield’ game plan.
