Chicago, September 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bruce Markets LLC, the operator of Bruce ATS™ and a SEC-registered broker-dealer, today announced a landmark agreement to extend U.S. stock trading to the entire weekend, following regulatory review. The initiative aims to provide global investors with continuous, 24/7, seven-day-a-week stock trading.
To support this expansion, Bruce Markets will leverage new strategic investments from major shareholders PEAK6 Investments and Robinhood Markets. Apex Fintech Solutions, Fidelity Investments, Nasdaq Ventures, NH Investment & Securities, tastytrade, and Webull remain investors.
Bruce Markets will expand its use of Nasdaq's trading technology, while clearing, custody, and custodial services will be provided by Apex Clearing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apex Fintech Solutions, Inc.
This protocol marks a significant milestone in the structure of the U.S. stock market. Bruce Markets stated that by extending weekend trading hours to achieve 24/7 market access, Bruce Markets and its partners will create the first truly round-the-clock U.S. stock trading ecosystem for global investors.
