According to ChainCatcher, Aaron Levie, CEO of cloud content management company Box, stated that the significant increase in AI tokens and computational power consumption will come from large-scale autonomous agent clusters operating within enterprises, rather than personal assistants. He anticipates a roughly 100-fold increase in related token and computational demands. Levie noted that the usage of personal agents will likely be capped per individual. Knowledge work is currently limited by human capacity to generate, transmit, and produce information; most agents today still rely on human-initiated tasks and can compress only about 3 to 5 hours of work into roughly 10 minutes, still constrained by the speed at which humans initiate tasks. He further explained that true substantial growth will occur when backend agents are deployed in clusters to execute tasks completely decoupled from human initiation. These remarks were cited by @MTSlive.
Box CEO Predicts 100x Surge in Compute Demand from Enterprise AI Agent Clusters

Box CEO Aaron Levie said enterprise AI agent clusters—not personal assistants—will drive a 100x surge in compute demand and token usage. He noted that personal agent use will likely be limited per user. Most agents still rely on human input, but Levie expects major growth when backend clusters operate autonomously. Traders tracking altcoins to watch may see shifts as AI adoption accelerates. The Fear and Greed Index could reflect this shift as demand for compute resources rises sharply.
