Huo Xing Finance reports, according to Bloomberg citing data from Smart Analytics Global, global humanoid robot shipments in the first half of 2026 reached approximately 19,100 units, a year-over-year increase of over 200% (compared to about 5,100 units in the same period last year), with Chinese manufacturers accounting for more than 97%. The firm forecasts total shipments for 2026 to reach around 60,000 units, with potential growth to 500,000 units by 2030. The report notes that China has established an early lead over U.S. competitors in the humanoid robotics sector. Previously, Morgan Stanley raised its 2026 forecast for Chinese humanoid robot shipments to 50,000 units, and IDC data shows that the top five global manufacturers by shipment volume in 2025 were all Chinese companies, with U.S.-based Figure AI and Tesla ranking seventh and ninth, respectively.
